I spent seven years as a Team Kit Manager in elite motorsport, which is a fancy way of saying I made sure the right kit got to the right person at exactly the right moment, every single race weekend, with zero room for a second attempt. Before that, I worked in licensing for a major broadcaster and an international music publisher. Different worlds, same discipline: rights, deadlines, and detail, where getting it nearly right doesn't count. It turns out all of it teaches you something no job title quite captures: precision, logistics, and looking after people under pressure are the same skill wearing different clothes.
